Google glasses: Project Glass

This past month, which is no surprise to anyone, Google has been revving it up with their additions of Google Play and updates to Google Analytics, but this one definitely tops them all, in my opinion. I surfaced that Google is working on a concept called “Project Glass” that will put its wearer into what is called an augmented reality. Google is working on creating glasses that will integrate heads-up display into a simple pair of glasses. They foresee that this product will be with us by the end of 2012. Make sure to check out the articles we provided to see what this new era of technology could bring.

Link Building

When building your Marketing and social presence, there are a few ways to drum up great content. You can either write it yourself, have people in your staff write it or…simply imitate and leverage content from other people. This is called ink building. This is a necessity although there is a shift from content is king to context is king. Implementing a social media strategy along with SEO will help maximize your linking campaign. So stealing, or excuse me, imitating content will not only benefit your social media plan, but could launch into a whole other playing field of great context.

Info graphic: Facebook Ads

Facebook ads are becoming the biggest part of social media marketing for companies. It is the best way to target awareness to your target demographic.  This info graphic today explains why it is great to visualize and understand how Facebook advertisers use the platform for marketing and where their challenges are. These ads not only create awareness to your brand or company, but it also allows you to share …The best conversion rates occur when keeping traffic within the Facebook platform, so having specific tabs built out will help your strategy.

Since we want you to have a Good Friday, we wanted to share this video, which has been extremely popular on YouTube this week, with over a million views. Who doesn’t love drunk guys singing Bohemian Rhapsody? Make sure to watch and read all of this week’s articles that we have provided.
